       NOTE: Students will need a media release form on file before any information will be submitted to the media.

Teachers and Staff use the Public Relations Form to promote your activity.   Must be completed in order for complete news release to be written.  Please answer all questions and include date, time and location of event.  NOTE:  Calendar events must be submitted two weeks prior to the event.
