Read First: The #1 problem we have is that a lot of people don't listen to the first thing the message says.
If you know your parties extension press 1 then dial their extension. If you do not do this you will not get who you want.
Basically if you know the extension, press one (1) and THEN the extention.

Q: How come when I dial the main number and key in the extension I don't get who I dialed?
A: The first thing the messages says is to press 1 if you know your parties extension, if you don't press 1 first you will not get the person you want. Example, say you want extension 320 and you don't press 1 first. When you press the 3 it will send you to the High School Menu, then when you press the 2 it will send you to the Central Office, it will ignore the 0 because it has already transfered you to the High School Central Office.

Q: Why are there so many options when I call in?
A: This menu is for the whole district which necessitates having a large number of options. Once the system is known it really doesn't take that long to get to who, or where you're trying to get. There is a complete map of all the options at the bottom of this page.

Q: What is the best way to get in touch with someone?
A: If you know the persons extension Choose option 1 and then key in the Extension (Don't forget to press 1 before the extension). If you don't know the extension and you know the persons last name you can choose option 2 and search by name.

Q: What if I don't want to leave a message for so and so?
A: If you get someones Voicemail and you don't want to leave them a message you can press 0 and it will prompt you for a new extension. If you don't know an extension you can press 9 for the name directory or 0 again for the operator.
