At the Delsea Middle School 'Summer Institute for Advanced Math
and Science', we were assigned to study some plants from our habitat garden.
We have made this site in lieu of our research findings.
Information:
Height: 2-6'
Width: depends on environmental conditions
Sun exposure: full or partial sun
Niche in habitat: nectar for bumblebees, Halictine bees, wasps,
flies, butterflies, skippers, beetles, and Ruby-Throated Hummingbirds;
food for Monarch catterpillars
Native to NJ: yes
